Random: Drug Screen / Alcohol Screen

There are two separate drug and alcohol related necessities. We need to process a drug screen on an employee. We also need to query an employee in the drug and alcohol clearinghouse.

  1. Have the new hire log in to the clearinghouse and register https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/
  2. ATI HR will request a pre-employment query from the clearinghouse.
  3. New hire will need to be reminded to give consent https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/
  4. ATI keeps a record of each query and all information received for three years.
  5. Also, Set up new hire for a drug screen at your local clinic.
