- Overage, Shortage, or Damage Claims
- Use Sutwik to initiate an OSD. An OSD entry in Sutwik is the precursor to a possible claim and is entered in Sutwik upon knowledge of visible damage during warehouse devanning or barge landing unloading.(:OSD.MENU). Find the customers 'name code' off the AML invoice in Navigator. The customer name code is required when filling out the claim in the CLAIMS.MENU. Keep it for reference in case a claim is actually submitted.
- Use Sutwik to initiate a claim on behalf of a customer. Seattle Claims Department will get notified via email when you submit a claim through Sutwik Screen. (:CLAIMS.MENU). You will need the customer name code.
- Send an email to AML Claims Department having: AML claim form, invoice that proves stated value of claim, and photos of damage to AML Claims Department.
